They are good when you have a big project, but seem uninterested with small work. They replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts after a hail storm and they made good money on the project. However, one of the downspouts they installed was measured wrong and it has created an erosional feature next to our house. I called and they sent someone to look at it. Then, I didn't hear back from them. Called back a few times and they haven't followed up since.Like I said, good with big ticket projects, but not great with follow through.

Cole came out and inspected my roof and siding. He got my insurance to replace the roof and siding and they made it stress free. They called and did all the talking to the insurance company and made sure the insurance company was following local regs and laws to replace everything that needed to be. I will be calling them next time I have any issues with my roof or siding.
